And I just have one last question regarding upgrades to parks in our in in specifically in my district.
3:59:53
So my team was able to go back and review many of the necessary upgrades to parks in my district.
3:59:58
To our surprise, many of the parks have received multiple upgrades with each council administration.
4:00:05
Can you help me to understand why the longevity of these repairs are not sustainable?
4:00:09
For example, Colonel Young Park or Jackie Robinson Park and Fritz Amule Park.
4:00:21
Yes.
4:01:18
Well, thank you.

So just so I understand the question, why the renovations that have been done are sustainable?
4:00:22
So we work hard to make sure that our capital projects are done with care.
4:00:29
We have good contractors.
4:00:32
But the reality is that our parks have such heavy usage.
4:00:38
The maintenance, the ongoing usage of our parks, they can easily be overwhelmed because of the intensity of use.
4:00:49
And so we work hard to make sure that we are maintaining and keeping up those sites that we've renovated.
4:00:56
But it is often the case or in some cases that just the intensity of use means that they do need to be refurbished or renovated just because there are there's so many people using them and so many people outside, which is what we want, but the intensity of use is quite quite enormous.
