You know I always want to talk about homeownership opportunities and so just wanted to understand how HPD helps support, we know you hope to support sustainable homeownership opportunities, what is the fiscal twenty twenty six expense in capital budget for these initiatives?

So for our fiscal year twenty six across the agency, have various homeownership programs.

On the expense side of things, we have over $70,000,000 in expense dollars dedicated to homeownership programs.

And then as far as the capital side for fiscal year twenty six, we're talking about $222,000,000 for '26, but over the ten year plan, it's over $1,700,000,000 dedicated to homeownership, the various homeownership programs.
