Yes.
1:25:35
Oh, sorry, Housing Connect.
1:25:36
So two parts of Housing Connect.
1:25:38
So one, on the main initial lottery piece, that scope is still being worked out.
1:25:45
I think we talked with council member Dinowitz and the chair about providing information on the scope and what our guest timeline our estimate timeline is so we can also share that with But some of the things that we're seeing, for instance, is, you know, tenant information and communication between them and the marketing agent.
1:26:04
We're seeing a lot of things that we'd want to do differently on the marketing agent side in their ability to batch and organize data.
1:26:13
We're seeing that there are new tools that the lottery the marketing agent community is using which interacted poorly with the system that we had set up and creating slowdowns or stoppages of the Housing Connect system.
1:26:31
So making sure what we built can react well and keep up with technology that the industry is using and doesn't negatively affect our work.
1:26:40
Some of our problems also had to do with the way the technology is hosted.
1:26:44
So right now the Housing Connect is hosted on hardware servers.
1:26:52
We work with OTI who does support to help us manage that.
1:26:56
A
1:26:57
of our work is moving to the cloud which we think might help us manage it better and limit the number of interruptions.
1:27:04
So that's part of the work that we're doing.
1:27:06
On the front end we're listening to our tenants and our applicants about what their experiences are with marketing agents.
1:27:15
We have talked about this at the last hearing, but we have done eight roundtables for marketing agents.
1:27:21
We talk on a regular daily basis with participants but thinking about how roundtables of participants starts to be part of how we plan out the rest of the work.
