Let's talk about staffing.
0:23:49
One of the things we hear a lot about, and I've personally dealt with this on a couple of projects, where the turnaround to get shovels in the ground is insanely long.
0:24:03
And it seems like it's due in part to vacancies and some
0:24:07
lines, some of the staffing at a lot of these agencies is just skeletal.
0:24:13
What is the headcount for the folks who actually do document processing and to get these deal sheets out the door?
0:24:22
What's the target headcount?
0:24:23
What's the budgeted headcount?
0:24:25
And how many people are there today?
0:24:47
But the 18 percent what about specifically in that?

of these
Gardea Caphart
0:24:27
Yeah.
0:24:28
So, for our office of development in general, we have a budgeted head count of close to 400, about two seventy seven budgeted head count.
0:24:38
And active right now is a little over 300, about three zero nine.
0:24:42
So that area we have about an 18% vacancy rate for that office.
0:24:50
Yeah, so particularly for staff overall who manage development projects, so our project managers primarily, our budget ahead is about 113 for that area and we have about 82 on staff and another 30 or so that are vacant.
0:25:09
So, a vacancy rate of around 27%.
