So are you saying you don't have sufficient staff and legal resources to address the serial non compliance?
1:15:26
You're working on it?
Ahmed Tigani
1:15:27
No, no.
1:15:28
We actually have both.
1:15:31
We are stable.
1:15:32
We still have vacancies to fill.
1:15:34
Somewhere between I think eleven and fourteen.
1:15:38
And we are also depending and relying on other parts of the agency.
1:15:43
So the anti harassment unit or if it's a building AEP we're using the coordinator and that work.
1:15:50
And then if it's serial non compliance we always have our emergency repair program for life hazardous and serious condition C violations.
1:15:58
So it's not litigation's part of it, but there's a lot of work that happens to either individual buildings where the issue is not corrected and it's a serious violation, or units like the anti harassment unit, or established programs like AEP.
1:16:14
And then on the litigation side, it's either our staff that's initiating litigation or we're working and we're involved in tenant initiated litigation which we're a part of.
1:16:24
So always, you know, continuing to fill those vacancies, but we are making sure we're filling up that work.
