Update on city-state task force for Mitchell-Lama buildings

Council Member Eric Dinowitz inquires about the status of the city-state task force on Mitchell-Lama buildings, which was supposed to be set up as part of the City of Yes negotiations. Commissioner Ahmed Tigani provides an update on the progress.
- HPD has been in regular communication with City Council staff about the task force
- A meeting is scheduled soon to advance the task force to the next step
- HPD has also been in discussions with state officials about the task force
- The task force aims to address various issues related to Mitchell-Lama buildings through collaborative efforts between city and state agencies

So we've actually been talking regularly with staff here at the council.

I believe we have a meeting coming up soon to advance it to the next step.

So we've been working very closely with the council to move that forward.
