Lastly, the executive budget capital plan includes 1,570,000,000.00 in city funding and 4,300,000.0 in non city grants over the ten year plan through 02/1935.

We appreciate the funding allocated in the capital plan and the focus of the city council in ensuring that our facilities are in optimal condition.

I wanna highlight a couple of our top priorities for additional capital funding.

                                            0:16:41

First, we request 150,000,000 in capital funding for the Allstoss Allied Health and Natural Science building which would deliver a state of the art facility with modernized lab spaces and other instructional space spaces to the Bronx.

                                            0:16:56

And it was one of my last projects when I was president at Allstos.

                                            0:17:01

So I would like to see it come to fruition.

                                            0:17:04

Second, we request 200,000,000 for the state of good repair projects.

                                            0:17:09

As you know, CUNY has set an ambitious goal to bring 55% of our vital building systems into a state of good repair by 02/1930.

                                            0:17:18

We have made some good progress but there is more work to do and the resources are needed to drive the number higher.
