It's just when we're looking at the issue four years later and trying and potentially instilling accountability to seek the campaign to reimburse the city for millions of dollars of inappropriately spent taxpayer dollars, it just feels totally unrealistic because they don't have millions of dollars to spend to to pay back the city.
