- $2.3 million baseline funding in FY2026 for OTPS from PEG restorations
- CUNY is reassessing current OTPS needs compared to when cuts were initially made
- Some OTPS costs may have been covered by other funding sources, such as state funds
- CUNY is considering how one-time funds and additional general operating support have addressed OTPS needs

Keeping on the peg restorations.

That's $2,300,000 which is baseline in FY twenty six.

Which specific items what specific OTPS items would these funds pay for?

I think we will be looking anew at what those needs are.
0:22:32
If those needs are relevant today like they were back then, some of those OTPS costs could have been funded with other funds, particularly from the state, for example, for community colleges.
0:22:44
So we're taking, you know, a renewed look, not only on the PS side, but the OTPS side.

And as you know, Chair, the pegs affected a number of different areas, including fringe and vacancy sweep back backs.
0:23:01
So it was a smaller portion of OTPS.
0:23:04
And again, we have to look at also how one time funds have been used from the state and additional general operating support that we've received that may have filled those OTPS needs.
