So two things at the school level.

One, it's the welcoming environment, it's the signage.

We make a we make a huge effort to make sure that we have signage available in multiple languages so that families can come in and recognize, identify their language and know that services are available.

We have other assets available for school safety agents and just the entry point of schools.

The other piece here is training, and this is what we talked about just a few minutes ago, is making sure that everybody is aware of what's available, when to do what, and how to get the service itself.

So it's above and beyond just having that one point person, the language access coordinator doing the work, it's about everybody at the school knowing what to do and that's where we're putting a lot of effort in the training, we plan to do the expanded training in the fall as
