We continue to prioritize special education, our bilingual e and l teachers, and that's not only specific to meeting the class size mandate, but that's just historically that we know we have to do a lot of extra targeted recruitment around those licensing areas.

And also, I'm sure you remember, Chair, you were very helpful when we asked the state to grant that automatic tenure to those teachers who already successfully completed tenure and one license and held a secondary license.
