The One45 for Harlem project features a strategic distribution of various program elements throughout the building, optimizing the use of space for different functions. This layout reflects the mixed-use nature of the development.
- The top of the building houses a 200-person gathering space or venue.
- Below the gathering space are 968 residential units.
- The lower levels include 33,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.
- A 23,000 square foot community center is located near the base of the building.
- 40 parking spaces are provided below grade.
