My name is Elizabeth Espinosa, and I lived in Harlem for over thirty five years.

I strongly support the Enhancement Affordability Plan.

The plan will provide opportunities for the growing population in our community and it will also provide housing for low income families and the young professionals that were born here in Harlem and they don't wanna move out our beautiful community who cannot afford due to the highest rent.
