- Hearn has lived on 145th Street for her entire adult life and has witnessed the area's changes.
- She questions why the focus isn't on the 100% affordable housing option that would better serve the community with a median income of $40,000.
- Hearn mentions having written testimonies and petitions against the luxury housing project.

1:41:37
I saw the decline of one four five being going on.
1:41:43
So, you know, I just wanted to ask one question.
1:41:47

1:41:58
Why aren't we talking about something that's going to help the community that has a median income of $40,000 live in a beautiful, beautiful building that will be maintained?
1:42:11

1:42:22
I also have written testimonies and petitions against this one Forty five luxury housing that should not be built
