appreciate that.
2:49:49
We all love, New Heritage Theater.
2:49:52
You know how much I love them.
Lauri Cumbo
2:49:53
I know you do.
Gale A. Brewer
2:49:55
Yes.
2:49:55
I do.
2:49:56
So they need $5,000,000 to purchase a building.
2:49:58
Can they get $5,000,000 from DCLA to purchase a building?
2:50:02
That's a pretty good price in Harlem.
Lauri Cumbo
2:50:04
It is an excellent price.
2:50:06
However, we are working with both organizations.
2:50:10
The New York City Department of Cultural Affairs does not administer capital dollars for the purposes of acquisition.
2:50:17
We've also looked on the partnerships with the New York State Council on the Arts, as well as DASNY, and it looks as if acquisition can't be utilized for acquisition capital dollars cannot be used for acquisition on the state level either.
2:50:33
So we're trying to figure out other resources to help them, potentially private resources, where once they receive those private dollars, that we're then able to match that with the build out and the fit out, the FF and E for their particular spaces.
2:50:50
So our job is typically not in the business of, acquisition of spaces.
Gale A. Brewer
2:50:55
Okay.
2:50:56
We we need them.
2:50:57
We need $5,000,000.
2:50:58
I don't care how we get it.
Lauri Cumbo
2:50:59
That's right.
