Okay.

I want to talk about the DPT's, the state directed payment template application.

New York State's share of the ICP payments totals about $57,000,000 As you may know, the council is seeking a change so that the nearly $57,000,000 reduction would go only into effect if the Medicaid reimbursements were approved or covered by alternate forms of Medicaid funding.

So with the state budget now enacted, I guess, after nearly six months now that the state has submitted the request to receive the Medicaid funding, what's the status update on the state's DPT request?
0:20:27
Has it
Mitchell Katz

been approved?
0:20:28
It's not been approved, but they have continued to send questions.
0:20:33
So that generally means that they're, you know, they're planning on approving it because why bother continuing to send us questions about how it would work.
0:20:45
But so far, no approval.
