I am here again to testify that we are in a New York City crisis with the nine one one operators.

We are currently as stated this afternoon at a head count of 1,210 members, a vacancy of budgeted allegedly of fourteen twelve.

Sir, we don't have enough operators to answer the crisis of New York City.

We don't have enough operators to dispatch New York City Officers, EMS, OFDNY into any locations of any of New York City.
