I will say we're gonna come back and testify more on our on our land use decisions as we're refining those recommendations, and we will have more to say about comprehensive planning.

If we have a comprehensive plan to share goal, and you've talked a little on that council member you said about that, Then we could then design our land use decisions to favor actions that are in fit that are aligned with to speed those up.
