But do any of the other cities that you have worked in and talked to have a better construct for how they approach the, you know, entitlement of a firm such as yours to do this work that might be an example for the city?

So in in Boston, there is a procurement process in which a contractor was awarded directly with the city, and then the city works to manage the permitting process through our coordination, but they take on a lot of that work into removing those barriers for us.
