I don't know that we have specific language suggestions for the charter.

It's something we and and community partners we represent would love to be in conversation about.

We're aware that there are limited types of facilities that the the rules, around fair share that I think were generated in in 1991 or so.

It's a limited set of facilities and permits that they apply to.

So that might be an area to look at is whether permit renewals could be part of that.

And also just ways in which the city's leverage can be called upon in areas like transportation or health care where some of these, obviously, large issues of access are controlled by state or, corporate entities, but it's which the city can have a true interagency response with the goal being lived equity and fair share in these major sectors of our economy and and public services.
