As a lifelong New Yorker, born, raised, educated here, raising a family, managing elder care here, all those pieces that happen, there's no question affordability was the reason why we were called to this commission, and so I'm proud of that.

I want to highlight a couple of things I feel strong about, that fast tracking is not undermining a process.

What it is, is ensuring a greater level of equity than we've seen before in building affordable housing.

The second thing I wanna say is I am a staunch supporter of a system that limits barriers in the future to voting.

And so I do hope that future commissions take that up because at the end of the day, as much as I'm proud of being a longstanding New Yorker, when I'm looking at our newest New Yorkers, more and more of them are unaffiliated, and I want to make sure they're part of this experiment as well.

With that said, thank you all my fellow colleagues, and it's been an honor to serve with you.
