So as was requested by the borough president's office, there was a request that we look at sustainability measures.

Obviously, the site here being 34100 square feet is somewhat limited in terms of being able to provide meaningful sustainability but the one concern as was expressed and as the applicant is happy to abide with is a green roof.

The the bureau president specifically requested that the site and the roof be painted white.

And we're happy to do so in addition to which the building is intended to be electrified as per current DOV regulations.
