I am Olin Fleischman, a service president of the Michelin And Civic Association representing over 5000 families residing in 28 cooperative buildings.

When first approached about the rezoning of the Whitestone Lanes, I was dead set against the development of a 9 store revolving complex at this location.

I mean main so, until many committee meetings were held issues of this concern discussed compromises made and negotiations concluded.

I come to you today with the support of the entire Mitchell Windsor community to ask for your support to honor the request with a zoning change for the Whitestone Lanes, permitting the development for residential housing void of any commercial entities.
