1:45:33
We're strongly support, particularly bill intro 065, intro 067, and intro 0 66.
1:45:43
We strongly believe that this is the right path to create more transparency and accountability on the point of sale what some things that we have observed on the ground is that many, especially consumers who happens to be delivered Easter's and non delivered Easter's when they buy many of these devices.
1:46:00
Very often, they're not informed by the retail stores, whether they're certified, whether they're safe, nor information is provided.
1:46:09
And we strongly believe this is the right approach to make sure that we hold retail stores and manufacturers more accountable and make them more transparent, particularly with consumers.
1:46:19
Who sometimes are misled and misinformed about which devices are are safe and unsafe.
1:46:25
And Also, we strongly support the approach of intros 0073, which mandates safety training, and also We strongly support the the concept of 06a, which mandates also the app companies to provide safe and certified batteries and devices to do this work.
1:46:46
Something we wanna work in adjusting is about making sure that when we're thinking about this approach.
1:46:53
We protect workers from retaliation, and we don't subject we don't We don't set working conditions for workers to enter and do this work since many of them rely as one of the few jobs that immigrants black brown people rely to feed their families and pay their rent.
