And can you please expand on how you are aggregating the data for minority and women owned businesses.
0:42:14
How are you disaggregating?
0:42:15
Because you were just testifying also for DDC.
0:42:19
That you were looking at black owned businesses, Hispanic owned, or Latinx owned businesses.
0:42:26
How are you disaggregating that even further for women of color owned businesses.
Speaker 4
0:42:36
I'm sorry.
0:42:36
Can you repeat the question?
0:42:38
How are we disaggregating the goals?
Speaker 2
0:42:40
For diversity within diversity, how are you aggregating the data to separate out and provide transparency publicly for women minority owned businesses.
Speaker 4
0:42:50
Yes.
0:42:51
Thank you so much for the question.
0:42:53
So I did see the way that we go about setting a goal.
0:42:57
Its pro form a to said disaggregated goal for 7 years now that we haven't set a global goal.
0:43:02
We've set disaggregated goals targeting specific ethnic and gender.
0:43:07
That's because about 8 years ago, we realized while, you know, Globally, their the MWD program was progressing.
0:43:16
We there were groups specifically black and Hispanic vendors were not doing as well.
0:43:22
So when we get for example, when we work with the structure program, we get a scope of services that will be required.
0:43:33
And we examine the SBS database for availability of vendors, specifically black and Hispanic vendors.
0:43:41
Once we determine the availability and capacity, then we a goal for the for black vendors, for Hispanic vendors, and for Asian vendors, as well as women owned businesses.
Speaker 2
0:43:54
But how are you separating out women black owned businesses?
0:43:58
Women Asian owned businesses?
0:44:00
Women Hispanic owned businesses out of your data?
0:44:03
Is it?
Speaker 6
0:44:05
So chair 1 and all of the quarterly local L1 reports that come out in the year end 1, they're disaggregated by all of those data points.
0:44:11
So all of the ones that are enabled by local law 1 and the council legislation, those are the data points that that are result in the local law 1 report quarterly and yearly.
0:44:19
Those are disaggregated goals in there.
0:44:21
You can find all that data there.
