Thank you, Chair Joseph.

I do also want to acknowledge we've been joined remotely by council members, Schulman and Genero.

I'd like to remind everyone who wishes to testify in person that you must fill out a witness slip which is located at the desk of the sergeant at arm near the entrance of the room.
0:06:53
Please fill out the slip even if you've already registered in advance that you will be testifying in person today.
0:06:59
To allow as many people as possible to testify, testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person, whether you are testifying in person or on Zoom.
0:07:09
I'm also going to ask my colleagues to limit their questions and comments to 5 minutes.
0:07:14
Please note that witnesses who are here in person will testify before those who are signed into the Zoom webinar.
