This chapter outlines the protocol for transitioning from in-person to virtual testimony, including instructions for Zoom participants.

For those wishing to testify and who are on Zoom, after the in person testimony, we will move on to virtual testimony.

For those on Zoom, you will be called and a prompt to unmute yourself will appear on your computer.
