Are you is the age how is the agency thinking about or is the agency thinking about having shifting these services to in house at some point.
Matthew Fraser
1:33:25
Good.
1:33:25
So I for us, one of the things that we're looking at is our hiring and recruitment strategy to bring in more people to sustain some of the work that's being put in place.
1:33:34
I think one of the big challenges that we have is, you know, as the universe, again, we're victims victims of our success.
1:33:43
Each program that we put out, the more consumption that we see is the more that we use OTR being asked to do.
1:33:50
And at that rate, we're trying to figure out better ways that we can use the collective city tech workforce towards a common towards that common mission of providing tech services across the city.
1:34:01
As it stands right now, across the city's tech workforce, we're about 66200 people in tech across the various agencies.
1:34:11
OTI as you can see is only a portion of that.
Jennifer Gutiérrez
1:34:13
Mhmm.
Matthew Fraser
1:34:14
So looking at how we can take the total collective tech power and use those towards building common applications, across portfolios is something that we're looking very heavily at at the moment.
Jennifer Gutiérrez

Okay.

Great.
