I will now open the 3rd public hearing on preconceived LUs relating to the 30 34 for excuse me, 3041 10th Street, rezoning proposal and special permit, proposal located in councilmember of Velez District in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Today, we are holding a comprehensive hearing regarding the entirety of the proposal but an additional public hearing will be scheduled for the 2 special permits once they are formally called up by the city council for review.
