My name is Jason Osborne.

I'm here to offer my Board to the project in two capacities.

Secondly, here to represent on behalf of the Community Preservation Corporation.

We're a nonprofit affordable housing and community develop or community revital realization company based in New York City.

We are long time partners with HPD and HCR to finance affordable housing throughout the state and now across the country.

And my work as a as a lender, I have financed a portable housing throughout the city for the past 10 years.

I'm proud of alumni of New York City Housing Development Corporation.

And very excited to see the 1st phase close with HTC and HPD last November.

On a personal level, living in downtown Flushing.

I've seen the rich communities there of Corona and Flushing, and how those community members represent deep soccer cultures throughout the world.

So this is a very fitting site and a perfect site for a soccer stadium.

Growing up or being in Flushing for the past 10 years.

I've created a family here.

I have a four year old son who is hopefully attending PS 20 or 244Q, which I'll know this month actually for those parents out there.

My son attends NYC Soccer Kids Program for the past 2 years, which receives discount tickets from the club.

And I've seen my son develop over the past 2 years, which has been amazing to see him develop as a player and a member of the community.

We attended the home opener last weekend despite the rain and difficulty with the weather, and this is a very special thing.

Me me and my son have been been a part of since the club has been founded, and my son's been born as well.
