Our organization is a Harlem based African American, 100% African American owned and controlled development organization based in Harlem.

Often, we partner with community groups with bay based organizations and the like.

We are also very focused on MWE Partners and particularly development partners advancing the ecosystem system of MB developers in our community.

As part of this program, we will be entering into agreement to to participate in the BMW the BMW build up program and the higher NYC program to make sure that local residents have opportunities for for work as part of this development.
