So just before we get started for public testimony, I'm gonna go over a few procedural items.

Members of the public will be called in panels of for, as you can tell, we will start with members of a public who are here in person and here in person testimony until for approximately probably until 3 o'clock.

At that point, we will start alternating between between people who signed up online and who are still here in person.

Please note that once you have testified either in person or online, please wait to be used as council members may have questions for the panel.
