Thank you very much.
0:54:11
Okay.
0:54:18
Alright.
0:54:19
Terrific.
0:54:19
So I'm now going to open the hearing for a public testimony.
0:54:23
I want to remind members of the public that this is a formal government proceeding and that decorum shall be observed at all times.
0:54:31
As such members of the public shall remain silent at all times, the witness table is reserved for people who wish to testify.
0:54:39
No video recording or photography is allowed from the witness table.
0:54:44
Further, members of the public may not present audio or video recording record recordings as testimony, but may submit transcripts of such recordings to the Sergeant at Arms for inclusion in the hearing record.
0:54:58
If you wish to speak to today's hearing, please fill out an appearance card with the surgeon at arms and wait to be recognized.
0:55:04
When recognized, you'll have 2 minutes to speak on today's hearing topic, which is, of course, enforcement of the Fair Work Week Law.
0:55:10
If you have a written statement, or additional written testimony you wish to submit for the record, please provide a copy of that testimony to the surgeon at arms.
0:55:18
You may also email written testimony to testimony at council.nyc.gov within 72 hours of this hearing.
0:55:27
Audio and video recordings will not be accepted, and I am now going to call the first panel.
