Once the sergeant has started the timer, I will open it up for any council member's questions after all the panelists have completed their testimony.

I remind all members of the public that this is a government proceeding and the quorum shall be observed at all times.

The witness tables are reserved for people who wish to testify no video recording or photography is allowed from the witness table.

Further, members of the public may not present audio or video recordings as testimony but may submit transcript of such recordings to the sharp sergeant alarms for inclusion and the hearing record.
