Although, obviously, the administration is not obligated to comment on resolutions, Resal 346 a, does call on decast to ex exercise its discretion to grant additional points on promotional exams applicants who have completed the agency's executive development and management and supervision trainings, as well as those who have earned a degree or certificate from the City University of New York or a similarly accredited institution.
