The council member inquires about the status of the analysis regarding disparities and roadblocks to career progression for city employees. The DCAS deputy commissioner responds:
- DCAS provided the required data to the Office of Data Analytics (ODA) in February.
- They are awaiting ODA's analysis of that data, which is usually available around May.
- Once DCAS receives ODA's analysis, they will analyze it and can then provide findings.

And we do work very closely with Oda to analyze data, and we also, you know, share data with them for them to conduct their analysis.

So for this year, we provided Oda with the required data in February, and we're actually awaiting Ota's analysis of that data.

We we we totally agree that Korea counseling is a valuable tool to help employees understand their trajectory.
