So what I can say is that decast is one of decast's missions is to provide support to city agencies to help them retain and attract top talent.

During 2020 3, Decast embarked on the hiring hall initiative, which was directly to support agency hiring needs.

Because the city's vacancy rate was at a high level.

And so through that effort, you know, we coordinate it with the agencies to bring them in and to actually bring the candidates to them and in the communities that we serve.

And as I mentioned in my testimony, we were able to reach about 14,000 New Yorkers who were interested in available positions of which 2000 received job offers.
