New York City Health And Hospitals Corporation, commonly known as the HHC, was constituted pursuant to chapter 1016 of the laws of 1969 as a public benefit core migration whose purposes are to provide and deliver high quality, dignified, and comprehensive care and treatment for the ill and infirm both physical and mental particularly to those who can at least afford such services to extend equally to all serve to extend equally to all serve comprehensive health services, the highest quality in an atmosphere fear of human care and respect and to protect and pro to promote and protect as both innovator and advocate to health welfare and safety of the people of the state of New York and in the City of New York.
