Alexa Avilés
0:34:13
How so?
0:34:13
Can you can you walk me through Yeah.
0:34:15
The changes?
Richard Lobel
0:34:16
Turn your mic on.
Nicholas Liberis
0:34:17
I hate this mic.
0:34:19
So so we had so we had the supermarket, and there was there was a period where you had asked us to look for other uses.
0:34:26
So we so we considered other uses We went we went back to the community, and they were very, very adamant about that that being the only, like, the only use.
0:34:35
So that was something where even though it may not have, like, registered, that was something that was that was deeply considered.
0:34:41
Then second floor was without anything.
0:34:44
And then as we as we spoke more and more, we got closer and closer.
0:34:48
What what always happens is that when we get past past DCP, at that point, then then you have to kind of firm up these commitments.
0:34:55
So at that point, we had to they had to be firmed up.
0:34:58
They had to be put on these on on on on the plans.
0:35:04
You know?
0:35:05
So at that point, we put everything on the second floor, and then we went back and forth with the South Brooklyn.
0:35:10
I I I busy several times.
0:35:12
We met with them, I think, three times, and we discussed uses.
0:35:15
We discussed placement of where this stuff would go on the on the floors.
0:35:20
And you know, they they were they were asking us to, you know, to consider all sorts of smaller, like, watch watchmaking uses, you know, close close making stuff, stuff like this.
0:35:34
And we we think that we did a pretty good good job, like, accommodating them with with what we have.
0:35:39
You know?
0:35:39
So, like, obviously, there's, you know, like, there's another
Alexa Avilés
0:35:42
In terms of I'm sorry.
0:35:43
I'm I'm hearing I'm hearing a lot of conversation about possibilities, but no concrete terms in terms of actual changes to the proposal.
Nicholas Liberis
0:35:51
Well, no.
0:35:52
So this is Those
Alexa Avilés
0:35:53
always included a what I would call a mini mark because it's too small to actually be a supermarket, which was what you went out and promised community members at the beginning of the process.
