The proposal is for a 53,548 square foot mixed-use building with residential, commercial, and community facility spaces. The building will be 7 stories tall and 71.5 feet high.
- 7-story, 71.5-foot high mixed-use building
- 60 dwelling units (30 studios, 26 one-bedrooms, 4 two-bedrooms)
- Approximately 7,400 square feet of commercial space
- Community facility space included
- Ground floor to include small retail shops (bike shop, juice bar, healthy cafe)
- Two small bulkheads on the roof, mostly below the height of Riverside Drive

The proposal is to construct a 53,548 square foot mixed use building It will be 7 stories and will be 71.5 feet high, and with the exception of 2 bulkheads will be located below the height of Riverside Drive.

The space will also contain approximately 74100 square feet of commercial space as well as community facility space.

And at the request of council member of Brea's office, we've talked to the West Harlem Arts Alliance about possibly using this space and also Harlem Pride.

The proposed building will contain 60 dwelling units, and approximately 1518 units will be constructed pursuant to the mandatory inclusionary housing program.

The ground floor spaces will be contained small retail shops such as a bike shop, a juice par, and a healthy cafe, which are perfectly suited to service the bikers of the waterfront Greenway located right at the site, the kayak and canures, at the West Harlem launch, just three blocks south of the site, and the many active users of Riverside State Park, just three blocks north of the site.

The proposed building will contain 30 studios 26 one bedroom and 42 bedrooms.

And as you can see from this rendering, a, the 6 and 7 floors will cantilever over the railroad tracks.

And as Amtrak noted in the application and their letter of authorization, the development cannot proceed without a full and thorough review by Amtrak and cannot be approved without Amtrak's approval or cannot the the structure cannot comment without rail.
