Yeah.

I think what I often see actually on a daily basis is a lining up of 4 to 5 buses in front of a building who've who are sitting there idling for significant amounts of time with no children in them because they've already dropped off the kids.
0:56:29
Is this is this standard just gonna continue to allow them?
0:56:32
What I GUESS How DOES A STANDARD ADDRESS THE CUMILUTIVE IMPACT OF HAVING 4 OR FIVE BUSES AT A CLIP, IDELING FOR SUCH SIGNIFICANTLY LONG PERIENTS OF TIME IN FRONT OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS.

Andrew: Well, AGAINST THEM WITHOUT CHILDREN.

0:56:47
Right.
0:56:47
The the the issue is the defenses that the oath ALJs have demonstrated they are willing to accept.
0:56:58
Right?
0:56:58
And so it may be in practice that you know that they've done their work for the day.
0:57:05
There's not a student that's gonna get on board for the next hour or 2.
0:57:10
But if an ALJ is willing to accept an argument that, oh, maybe there was gonna be another student coming back, then that summons would get dismissed.
0:57:20
And our objective is through this through this legislation to clarify it so that we can be clear about the ones that should be pursued.

Yeah.

But I guess just lastly, thank you.
