And then since I have a couple minutes left, Just following up on resources that we have today, it's great news that we're going to be seeing 185,000,000, but that's still only covering about half of the areas that NYCHA is facing.
0:33:08
With half the tenants, really half of the units are facing Haverillas today.
0:33:14
That is quite shocking.
0:33:15
So speaking of city resources, can you explain how you work with HRA to connect residents to one shot deals?
0:33:21
Is HRA give NICA any sort of special treatment or anything like that?
Eva Trimble

Thank you, council member.
0:33:29
We have an excellent relationship with our partners at the Human Resource Administration.
0:33:33
As I said, we did work with them to stand up a special team that's doing just the one shot applications for NYCHA so that we can make sure that those applications are expedited and handled as efficiently as possible.
0:33:47
In addition, they've been joining us at our developments on-site doing special sign up events.
0:33:53
So residents can just go down to the property management office and complete the paperwork with an HRA staff member to really assist them in doing that.
0:34:02
And so far this year, we've done a 110 of those events and had over 1300 engagements with residents.

0:34:09
That's great.
0:34:10
But there are tenants that nine to tenons that go through the one shot deal process.
0:34:14
It's just like any other New Yorker.
0:34:17
Yes.
0:34:17
Going through the process.
0:34:18
Okay.
0:34:18
But you're doing a lot of outreach.
0:34:19
Okay.
0:34:20
That's helpful.
0:34:21
And then last question.
