But I wanted to address housing for you.
1:14:20
You you didn't raise it.
1:14:21
I'm gonna raise it.
1:14:24
I went to a program that has a model housing program that I am just I've bought spoken to people in the Bronx about it.
1:14:31
I think I've spoken to people in Brooklyn, but it is a housing concept developed by India House, Halal program, and where they purchased a home and have 4 adults, it could be couples too, co living, and they call it co living.
1:14:52
It's very different from shared housing, but it's co living where they each have their bedroom, they each have a bathroom, and they each have or common eating area, and then 2 recreational areas.
1:15:11
When I start thinking about, you know, like housing needs and I look at all the alternatives, I keep telling everyone.
1:15:19
Think about this.
1:15:20
Think about all the older adults that are house rich and asset, you know, asset rich and can't afford them.
1:15:28
You know, like, if we start looking at the laws that we have, how do we do that so that the person doesn't lose their capital and investment in the home, but at the same time can convert it what would be some of the benefits.
1:15:39
It is something for us to seriously look at.
1:15:43
And India House has I mean, I've they've had this model.
1:15:47
I want everyone to go visit them because it is feasible and and a a faster solution, maybe a faster solution to housing.
1:16:02
Very different from home sharing.
1:16:03
I don't wanna confuse it with home sharing, where the one person is the homeowner and the other person is the tenant.
1:16:12
And then the the complex CDs and the cost of making those matches.
1:16:25
You could look at it that way.
1:16:28
Frankly, frankly, I thank you.
1:16:31
As an older adult, I would think that's a viable option.
1:16:35
But, yeah, think about it as college dogs.
