Okay.
2:45:24
Hi, Mike.
2:45:25
Great.
2:45:25
And I live in Jacob.
2:45:27
We houses.
2:45:28
Okay.
2:45:29
Right now, the situation with this our this PAC program, our TA support team board members, they're not supporting the tenants.
2:45:39
They're insubordinate.
2:45:40
When we ask questions, they evade to questions, when you are when it's time for question in, they say, oh, we're gonna do it later on, and they they they question, you don't answer.
2:45:49
Okay.
2:45:50
This packed program here that that you did just push it over.
2:45:53
You got a lot of people out here.
2:45:55
Asians in the area, and Puerto Ricans people that don't understand what's going on.
2:46:00
They they are they are praying on the seniors.
2:46:02
That's like she said with them little dots.
2:46:04
They got them going around them dots.
2:46:06
You know?
2:46:06
And I'm like, what is that?
2:46:08
You know?
2:46:09
They this is how they're doing.
2:46:10
They vote.
2:46:10
So we asked about the vote for the the right background.
2:46:15
When they said the TA is gonna vote for I sent note h a d double l.
2:46:19
They won't.
2:46:20
Okay.
2:46:20
And they they your king would approach me.
2:46:22
I told myself, get legal assistance.
2:46:24
I'm not dealing with this.
2:46:26
You all have to make this vote more transparent.
2:46:29
Okay?
2:46:29
So now when I asked him again, he's he's, oh, now he gotta push the vote back.
2:46:40
And Go ahead.
2:46:42
The thing is with this vote thing, to me, this seems like a Ponzi scheme because they just came in out of nowhere with this pack program.
2:46:53
Nobody knew nothing about it.
2:46:54
They didn't come and ask us what we wanted.
2:46:57
They just pushed them bully day way up in there.
2:47:00
You know?
2:47:00
And we don't what what they're doing because what I see here is that they gave us to them to house housing to to them, and housing is pouring us off because as they keep giving the money for housing to these packed people, they're raising the rent.
2:47:17
They they say they won't do it, but they will.
2:47:19
They'll find ways to get us out of it and build them into condominiums.
2:47:22
These pictures that they're showing us of how they wanna redecorate and do everything.
2:47:25
I got pictures of that too.
2:47:27
This is all kind.
2:47:28
He said, resident.
2:47:30
I said, that's the keyword.
Chris Banks
2:47:31
30 more seconds.
Judy Wade
2:47:32
Okay.
2:47:32
Remember?
2:47:33
They're gonna turn they they want everybody into condominiums.
2:47:36
I live in a one bedroom apartment.
2:47:37
Now they're talking about they're gonna move me to a studio.
2:47:40
No.
2:47:41
You know?
2:47:42
And then you got health problems with the the the work that they'll be doing the way that they're doing it.
2:47:46
I have lupus.
2:47:48
I got lupus when I'm first moved in here.
2:47:50
Okay.
2:47:50
Good thing.
2:47:50
I don't understand.
2:47:51
When I it took 2 weeks before me, I can move them to your apartment for the person to come and inspect.
2:47:56
Okay.
2:47:57
They let me move in.
2:47:59
What did they inspect to do?
2:48:01
Domo was there.
2:48:02
The left was there.
2:48:03
All of that's there.
2:48:05
It took 2 weeks for the for me to move in for the inspector, but they let me move in today.
2:48:10
So now I'm sick as hell.
2:48:12
You got a lot of people that got sick then you got this generator on the roof.
2:48:17
They didn't ask nobody about it and tell people what it's gonna do.
2:48:19
I said it's gonna make money.
2:48:21
Every night, it's like being a a human microwave.
2:48:27
All day.
2:48:28
The first two floors, this is what's going on.
2:48:31
They don't care about the tenants.
2:48:32
They're not asking us what we want.
2:48:34
They're not working with the tenants.
2:48:37
So, yes, I'm just stress every day you gotta wake up, stress, what about?
2:48:41
Are they gonna take you out your home?
2:48:42
Are you gonna be putting the streets?
2:48:44
I've been here.
2:48:45
Because I lived in Brooklyn when they did it to some place, where I was living.
2:48:48
They said they're gonna put us up.
2:48:50
They said this out in the street and said, Red Cross is going, we were out in the cold and the rain.
2:48:54
And now refuse to be homeless again because these people wanna steal our lives and our homes.
2:49:00
