CHS has established multiple pathways for patients to report sexual assault, abuse, and harassment. These mechanisms ensure that patients have various options to disclose abuse and seek help.

  • Patients can report abuse to any DOC staff member
  • Disclosure can be made to any CHS staff during any clinical encounter
  • Patients can call the CHS health triage line to speak directly with a nurse
  • Family members and external parties can contact CHS's patient relations department
  • A 24/7 CHS operations phone line is available for reporting concerns
