Thank you, Oren, and thank you for always bringing great light to a really impossible situation.
2:22:55
And you are right.
2:22:56
This administration, OMB, they have to put more resources into EMS, and they have to make sure that we have those, you know, those vehicles that they're saying are off the road, back on the road because if there's 22% because they need they need fixing and there's 23% because We don't have staffing.
2:23:17
I don't think that we were getting the right amounts.
2:23:20
She feels was doing a great job.
2:23:22
Everybody in the panel did, but they're towing the company line, and that's just not acceptable.
2:23:27
We need to get more EMS on the streets.
2:23:29
We need to get more ambulances on the street.
2:23:32
We need to make sure that they are getting the pay parity that they need, and that can be done with the administration.
2:23:38
I know it's a collective bargaining issue, but the administration can make that call right here right now.
2:23:43
And then we would not see a retention problem, and we would not see a hiring problem.
2:23:50
Thank you so much.
