Council Member Eric Dinowitz seeks clarity from Mark Rampersant about the Department of Education's presentations on subway surfing. Rampersant explains that the presentations were given to superintendents and some Brooklyn high school principals in September.
- Presentations were given at the request of specific superintendents
- Two superintendents (Ross and Prer) saw the issue as important enough to bring all their principals together
- Rampersant is unsure how many superintendents have requested presentations so far

So the the work that was done in September was done in conjunction with 2 specific superintendents, superintendent Ross and superintendent Prer, who both saw this was an, oh, an important enough issue to bring all of their principals together at a meeting and request that we bring in, the presentation on subway is the long way of saying the superintendents are requesting specifically.

I'm not sure of how many have requested thus far.
