I'd like to thank my chief of staff, Sam Cardenas, my director of land use policy and budget, Ben Ratner, our policy associate, Gerard Fernandez, legislative fellow, Carla Dominguez, and the housing and buildings committee staff, Austin Maloney, Jose Conde, Andrew Bourne, Dirk Spencer, Dan Croupp, and Reese Hidota.
