Before I begin, I just want to thank the panel that went before us for their bravery in coming forward.

We take all concerns incredibly seriously.

Racism and discrimination is not tolerated in our shelters, and we are happy and we have staff here to follow-up while the with the individuals after the hearing to address some of their concerns.
