I just retired from Manhattan's Chinatown Head Start, where I was the executive director for nearly 4 decades.

Chinatown Head Start helps children ages 3 to 5 learn and develop self help skills to speak English, socialization, cognitive, and physical development.

Priscilla was one of my long time dedicated staff.

She was there for 41 years before her sudden death.
